Refunds

We DO NOT offer refunds on used product! Please be careful when placing your order and if expecting any refund or partial refund, please do not use your product. If it is used, we can not accept it. All returns will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee, but this will be determined on a case by case basis, depending on condition and if it has been used or not. It is your responsibilty to send the product back to us in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Amphibian ships merchandise to locations within the United States, U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Spex Amphibian Eyewear ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to a select few international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied on some International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of Amphibian products. Amphibian is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Sales Tax

Amphibian charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. We are located in Costa Mesa, California and at this time, all merchandise shipped to California will be charged the applicable tax.
